I can't believe I posted that picture of me.... I was full of painkillers and so swollen! Oye! I am so much better now!
This is so easy...This recipe is done with a George Forman Grill.
1 Tuna Steak
1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbls Toasted Sesame Seeds
Pre-heat your Grill
Brush Fish (Both Sides) with the Oil
Sprinkle (Both Sides) with Sesame Seeds
Put grill cover down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes for rare.
Serve with PONZU dipping sauce.
***You can do this with a frozen Tuna Steak...Cook it the same way...it will still be cold inside and that's ok...slice and put in fridge to defrost for 10 minutes and it will be perfect!
